Great flavors and love being able to combine my protein and electrolytes!

Sousa Sent me some free samples to try! These are awesome! As someone who struggles with protein intake, I am always looking for ways to supplement without products that contain a loooong list of artificial ingredients! Sousa also has hydrating properties which I absolutely love! The vanilla flavor is awesome mixed with almond milk! These are going to be my new go-to meal replacement, as a toddler mom of two who is always on the go! 10/10 recommend trying these!

Amazing! No grainy texture you find in most protein powders! Finding something that tastes good and is good for you is a real struggle as a bodybuilder but Sousa is definitely a new staple in my diet

Not even shocked to see someone like Trev involved in such a great product. As a newly competitive long distance runner, one of the areas I really lacked in was muscle recovery, especially after long runs or intense tempo sessions. The strawberry mix has already helped recover the energy for the next run and reduces the fatigue I used to feel, specifically in the calves and hipflexors. Doesn't hurt that it tastes great and smells good too (some of these whey products smell terrible, but not Sousa!)

I would absolutely recommend this to any runner or athlete in general. Will continue to buy. Thanks y'all!

Super tasty! I thought it would be a little too sweet but it’s the perfect amount of sweet. Love that they come in individual packs! Makes more hassle free to just put the powder in milk and go

A great product. I am 81 and run every other day. SOUZA has become my go to drink after my workout. Quick recovery and I appreciate the product has electrolytes and C & B vitamins and only 4 grams of sugar. I enjoy all the flavors. One pack a day for now, but may up it to 2.

I usually don’t like the taste of protein supplements but honestly this is the best tasting protein supplement I have ever tried. Also you get all the electrolytes for only 100 calories. It’s hard to go back to any other supplement.

Amazing and tasty addition to my daily routine! As someone who already took electrolytes daily while drinking 1-2 protein shakes, I can’t stress how much of an innovation these drinks are to my daily routine. One packet of these (Salted Caramel was my favorite) in a shaker cup and I’m ready to go for my workout. Flavors are good and strong yet taste natural, no “artificial” flavor I’ve gotten so accustomed to in typical protein powders. Amazing idea and even better execution!
